Overview of the workflow in ZePrA

After starting the application, the "Overview" window opens automatically, showing a list of all previously created queues. For manual testing of configurations, or conversions "in between times", you can use the Drag&Drop queue, where you can simply drag files onto the ZePrA window for color conversion.
Define your configurations
Define your configurations
New color conversion procedures are defined in the "Configurations" window. Clear structuring according to color spaces makes it easier for the user to create new workflows. Needless to say, only the options appropriate to the selected workflow are offered. The diverse special functions for the color workflow leave nothing to be desired - even for color management experts. For example, ZePrA permits conversion of RGB images in a PDF file to the document CMYK color space or Output Intent profile before then converting the harmonized PDF file to a different printing standard. This is also possible for PDF/X-3 files.
Define your queues
Define your queues
The "Queues" window enables the user to create new queues, allocate a previously created configuration to a queue, or change the hotfolder structures. The naming of converted files can also be defined. The configuration assigned to a queue can later be changed without difficulty.
Easy to use Auto-Setup
Easy to use Auto-Setup
Users who do not want to delve too deeply into color management can opt for the "Auto Setup" function, which easily and conveniently generates ZePrA workflows from the ColorLogic standard DeviceLink profiles. These workflows are optimized for the PDF/X-3-compliant workflow and can, of course, be modified and re-saved at any time.

With the help of a small-but-powerful viewer, converted files can be viewed in true color simply by double-clicking. The soft proof settings used for this purpose are freely selectable.
